How to Hide a User From Scheduling

If you need to track time or budget labor cost for a given resource/employee but do not want their name to display in the scheduling sections of Knowify, you can disable an individual in the admin section of the account.

Navigate to the admin section, under the rates & resources tab

Then click the gear icon next to the user's name to select Hide From Scheduling Tools
