Why have my clients disappeared?

When you stay logged into Knowify for an extended period of time, your web browser may timeout and now longer recognize that you are logged in, which can cause inconsistencies with viewing information, drop-down menus, and previewing/downloading documents. To resolve this, please manually

1. log out
2. log back in
3. and refresh the page to update your browser.
