Advanced user permissioning [Enterprise plan]

If you are subscribed to Knowify's Enterprise package, you can enable additional restrictions in your account:

1. You have the ability to restrict Project Managers and Sales Leads access to their jobs only. Keep in mind users with Admin privilege or unlimited approval authority will continue to have unrestricted access.

2. You can automatically force new bills to go under review when the bill's amount is higher than the user's approval authority. You can also limit the ability to record payment for bills under approval.

3. Access to cost, job profitability and dashboard information can be limited to users with Admin privilege or unlimited approval authority.
