Broadcast Email List

If you have specific users you would like kept in the loop on everything outgoing from Knowify, we can utilize a feature called the Broadcast Email List. Once we have added a user to your Broadcast Email List, they will automatically be CC'd on all outgoing emails from Knowify, including Invoices, Change Orders and Proposals. 

The Broadcast Email List is not a user facing setting you are able to adjust. If you would like to set up, or edit this list, please reach out to [e-mail] with the full list of users/ emails to be added.

Warning

Deactivating a user from your Knowify does not remove them from your Broadcast Email List. If you have deactivated a user who is on your Broadcast List, please ALSO reach out to support so we can remove their email from the Broadcast.
