With access to our advanced permissions feature, you have the ability to restrict access to jobs (for all non-admins) to only jobs they are assigned to. First, navigate to the admin section under the customize tab and expand the advanced permissions menu:
Next select the option titled "Restrict access of Project Managers, Sales Leads, and Team Members to their jobs only."
This will make it so that the user will only be able to see a job if they are setup as the sales lead or project manager:
If you need to add more than just two people to a job, please reach out to support@knowify.com and we can grant you access to the Team Members feature to add additional users to the job!
If the user is setup as an admin or has unlimited approval authority, they will be exempt from this advanced permission
