Schedule Queue Settings

Knowify's Scheduling Queue is a powerful tool that lets you review your upcoming work and plan accordingly! In order to make the most out of this queue, Knowify offers a number of settings to fully customize and filter the Schedule Queue in real time. To access these settings, just select the gear icon located in the top right of the Scheduler: 

   You can choose to filter for things like:

• Only show Contract Jobs, Service Jobs, or both 
• Include/ exclude bidding jobs
• Include/ exclude closed jobs
• include/ exclude closed phases
• include/ exclude phases that have an assignment against them already
• include/ exclude phases with set dates 
• Include/ exclude closed Service Jobs
• include/ exclude Service Jobs that have an assignment against them already

If you can't find a job you're looking for on the Schedule Queue, we recommend verifying the settings to ensure the job fits within the enabled filters
