The schedule can be a busy place. With saved views, you can save your favorite filter settings and quickly revisit the views that matter most to you. This is helpful for setting personalized views for the jobs assigned to you, creating separate views for service jobs and contract jobs, or dedicated views for your biggest customers. If you can filter for it, you can create a view for it.
Here's how it works:
How to create a saved view
- Go to Scheduling.
- Click Filters in the toolbar and select your filter criteria.
- Click + New view in the view bar.
- Type a name for the view
- Click Save.
The new view appears immediately in the view bar and is available every time you return to Scheduling.
How to edit filters in a saved view
- Click the saved view you want to update.
- Adjust your filters using the Filters toolbar.
- Three options appear in the view bar:
- Save changes: updates the current view with the new filters.
- + New view: leaves the current view unchanged and saves the new filter configuration as a separate view.
- Cancel: discards your filter changes and returns to the view's original filters.
How to manage saved views
To rename, duplicate, or delete a saved view, click the settings icon on any active saved view.
- Rename: Type a new name and click Save to confirm.
- Duplicate: Creates a copy of the current saved view. Rename it and click Save to confirm.
- Delete: Deletes the current view. Deleted views cannot be recovered
