When building your plan & track section of a job, or if you toggle an existing project plan to budget mode, you will have the ability to copy a phase to avoid manually having to re-add it. This can be accomplished by clicking the three dots at the top right of the phase and choosing Copy Phase:
This will create a copy of the phase with "Copy of" in front of the name and will carry over any budget or work order information.
The copied phase can be manually adjusted as needed and this will not affect the original phase.
