You will be able to add or update the budget of a project by switching it back to Budget mode. To do that:
- Click on Plan & Track to access the project's plan.
- Click on the button to see more actions.
- Click on Switch to budget mode.
This will open up fields to allow you to set a material, labor, and subcontractor budget for each phase. Labor and subcontractor may need to be enabled.
- Update your budgets.
- Click on Save and switch to active to save the changes and start tracking actual cost to date vs. the budgets you set up.
