Some Time Entries will be shown as ‘Location Denied’ when being reviewed
‘Location Denied’ means that when the user was going through the initial mobile onboarding, they did not grant Knowify access to obtain their location
Knowify does not have a way to overwrite this setting or force users to allow Location Services to be enabled. If a user needs to allow location services for Knowify after initial setup, they should be able to turn this on by navigating to their app settings from their device
