How to update labor costing rate

To update the hourly rate applied to a job for an employee, first go to the project’s Plan & Track section and locate the phase that they are working on:

Then you can click on the name of the user, to see their current rate, and adjust to a new rate:

Then moving forward, Knowify will use the new rate for any time entries submitted by this user on this phase of the job.
