To track different rates for one employee on one job, you can set different rates per each phase. To do this, you'll need to follow these steps:
- Create a different phase for each rate
- Add the user to each phase (either by scheduling or in budget)
- Put in the rate for the user on each phase (either in edit mode or by clicking their name in active)
- Track time
In edit mode, setting multiple rates will look like this:
To edit the rates in active mode, click the user's name in the phase:
And you can edit the rate:
Moving forward, the time will be tracked at the updated rate on these phases.
