To set up employee costing rates, go to your Admin Section under the Rates tab:
a) If you have Advanced Rates [ADVANCED/ENTERPRISE], you will see the following section:
b) If you have Regular Rates [CORE], you will see the following section:
The final column, labeled Hr Rate or Cost per Hour will be applied for every time entry submitted by this user:
If you are updating an existing employee's rate, be sure to click the gear icon and "Set in all project plans" to ensure all entries from this point forward use the new rate (old entries will continue to be job costed under the previous rate)
