Including a payment link in an invoice email sent from Knowify

Once you connect your Square account to Knowify or receive an email confirmation of the PaySimple connection being activated in Knowify, you will be able to include a payment link in your invoice email sent from Knowify.

When preparing your invoice email:

1. Check the Include link to accept online payment checkbox. This will add a payment link to the body of the email text.
2. Note that the link is added as a bookmark ^PaymentLink^. This will be replaced with an actual payment link when the email is sent.
