Send electronic payment links with any of your invoices
Knowify has a direct integration with both Square and PaySimple, so that when you are emailing an invoice created in Knowify, you can include a payment link for the customer to pay through your personalized payment portal. You also have the option of generating the payment link for your invoice (1) to share it with your client outside Knowify or (2) to enter the payment information yourself.
Collect credit card and e-check / ACH payments from your customers
By enabling online payments, you will allow your users to pay with credit card, debit card, or e-check (ACH). Providing a wide range of payment options will create a better experience for your customer. You will also be able to determine which payment method you allow for each invoice.
Accelerate your cash collection cycle
When the customer pays online, Knowify sends a confirmation message to both you and the customer. You also get an email to access the paid invoice in Knowify and, if you are connected to QuickBooks, the payment is automatically synced and the invoice is marked as paid.
