When sending an email out from Knowify (such as an Invoice or proposal) you have the option to attach additional documents to be included as attachments in the email.
When preparing an email, select the Add Attachments button which will prompt a selection of choosing a document/image from the user's computer or from the documents section of the applicable job
Selecting attach from computer will open a window and allow you to select a document in any of Knowify's supported file formats to send with your email. Select your attachment and click 'Open' to attach.
Selecting Add Project Documents will open a window with all Documents & Photos currently uploaded to the project in Knowify. You can then select one or multiple of these documents by clicking the checkbox beside these items, and click Add Documents to attach
At this time Knowify only supports file types .png, .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .docx, .csv, .xlxs
