How to enable users with mobile invoicing for service jobs

With Service Pro, your service techs can generate and send invoices for your service jobs with the Knowify mobile app. (Related: How to invoice for service work in the Knowify mobile app) Mobile invoicing is controlled with a user-level permission, so you can decide exactly which employees will be able to invoice your customers from the field.

Note: This permission can only be controlled by your account admin. 

To enable mobile invoicing for a given user:

1. Select the user you'd like to enable with mobile invoicing.
2. Make sure their "Type of access" is set to "regular" or "mobile."
3. Scroll down to user permissions (starts with "This User...").
4. Check the box for "is responsible for invoicing clients."
   
5. Click "Save changes" to confirm.
6. That's it! They will now see the option to "Add invoice" when performing Service Jobs
