With Service Pro, your service techs can generate and send invoices for your service jobs with the Knowify mobile app. (Related: How to invoice for service work in the Knowify mobile app) Mobile invoicing is controlled with a user-level permission, so you can decide exactly which employees will be able to invoice your customers from the field.
Note: This permission can only be controlled by your account admin.
To enable mobile invoicing for a given user:
- Select the user you'd like to enable with mobile invoicing.
- Make sure their "Type of access" is set to "regular" or "mobile."
- Scroll down to user permissions (starts with "This User...").
- Check the box for "is responsible for invoicing clients."
- Click "Save changes" to confirm.
- That's it! They will now see the option to "Add invoice" when performing Service Jobs
