When you get a new job request, Knowify makes it easy to create a service job that captures all the details you need to get the work done, including the visits your team needs to make, the equipment that requires service, and any important details your team needs to know about the job location.
For recurring services, you can create a maintenance agreement. Additionally, you can associate service jobs to service assets and build your service asset history over time.
Real-time activity tracking
The Knowify smartphone app gives service techs everything they need—log time, mark tasks as complete, leave comments, and upload photos—to execute jobs on time while automatically syncing their work back to the office and stay connected to their managers.
