When you get a new job request, you can create the job from the Service jobs section.
- Click on Add new service job, which will prompt a modal to add all the service job details.
- Enter the service job details. Service job name, client name, and service job address are required fields.
- Click on Submit to finalize the process.
If you did not enter any scheduling information, the status of your service job will be Unscheduled, and you will be able to schedule it at a later time by editing the service job or via the schedule queue. If you added at least a date, it will display as Scheduled.
You can also create a service job from the calendar and team views.
Tip
You can launch the creation of a service job from anywhere in the platform via the Add new button at the top navigation bar and then selecting Service job.
