Once the RFI is expired, your customer will no longer have access to the external portal to answer your request. You can reactivate the portal by extending the RFI's expiration date.
- Click the RFI you would like to activate.
This will open a modal with the RFI details.
- Click on Extend.
This will prompt a modal where you will be able to extend the deadline.
- Set the new expiration date.
- Click on Confirm to finalize the process.
