How to import catalog products/services through Quickbooks Online

1) First, click the gear icon on the top of the screen, then Import Data

2) Next, click Products and Services

3) You will then be able to choose a spreadsheet from your computer to upload

4) Quickbooks will then give you the option to confirm that the data is being mapped correctly

5) Lastly, confirm your import and your products/services should be available in your account shortly thereafter

These products/services will sync to Knowify upon the next update/refresh, but you always have the option to force Quickbooks to send the most recent data to Knowify.
