Reset smartphone app data on Android

Android devices will not delete the account data when you delete the app. In order to have a clean start, you need to force your phone to delete the Knowify data. Please follow these steps on your phone:

Step 1: Head to the Settings menu of your phone. This can be done by tapping the cog icon in your notification shade.

Step 2: Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate the Knowify app.

Step 3: Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will become available (pictured below).

 

Then, delete the app, install it again, and log in with the password we set for you.
