To reset the data on your smartphone app, first click the menu button in the top left corner of your app:
Then select Help Center:
In the help center, clicking Reset all data and settings will erase all stored job and entry data on your phone and attempt to re-pull from Knowify's servers:
Only do this if you have all of your pending time entries, purchases, and other data synced to the office already, or else they will be cleared. This should also only be done if your device has access to the internet, or else it will not be able to re-populate data after clearing.
