How to import jobs from QuickBooks Desktop

Jobs are displayed as subcustomers in QuickBooks Desktop, so the Sync Manager will import them as subcustomers by default. 

Once in Knowify, you have the opportunity to convert a QuickBooks subcustomer into a Knowify job. Just go to the Clients page and client the Convert to job button.

Tip

We recommend creating news jobs in Knowify and then syncing them with QuickBooks.
