Bill payments can be recorded in either the Manage Bills screen or in the bill's details. To record a payment in Manage Bills, simply click the check box icon to the right hand side of the bill:
This will pull up a screen where you can enter the amount of this bill that has been paid to date, as well as the payment date and check/ACH info:
Or, if you're in the bill's details page:
You can record payment in the top right corner dropdown menu:
