How to void a bill payment

To void a bill payment and re-open the closed bill, first go to the bills section and ensure the paid filter is enabled:

Click any bill to open the bill details, where you will see all payments logged against this bill. Clicking the Void Payment button will delete the payment and re-open the bill:

If the bill payment is synced with QuickBooks, voiding the payment in Knowify will also void it in QuickBooks
