Users who have Knowify's top-tier subscription level will have access to our Advanced Permissions! These give you access to more modular control over your account, and powerful tools that make managing administrative workflows easier. See below for a full breakdown of how exactly each of these permissions effects your account:

Only Admin or users with Unlimited Approval Authority can access cost information
Only users with the 'Admin' and/or 'Unlimited Approval Authority' permissions enabled will be shown cost information, such as what specific user's pay rates and total material costs, on Plan and Track. For other users, this and similar information will be hidden/ inaccessible.

Only Admin users or users with Unlimited Approval Authority can view resource rates
Only users with the 'Admin' and/or 'Unlimited Approval Authority' permissions enabled will be able to see the individual rates of any users/ equipment on Plan and Track, Time Entries, etc. Please note that while resource rates will be hidden, overall job costs are still visible for budgeting and project management purposes.

Only Admin users or users with Unlimited Approval Authority can access revenue and job profitability analysis
Only users with the 'Admin' and/or 'Unlimited Approval Authority' permissions enabled will be able to see job revenue/profit information on the job summary screen. Users without this permission will only have access to basic cost information. See below for a comparison:

Only Admin or users with Unlimited Approval can record payment for bills under approval
Only users with the 'Admin' and/or 'Unlimited Approval Authority' permissions enabled can record payment on a bill that needs approval. For any other users the option will not be available until the bill has been approved or rejected. By default, any user with access to the Bills module can record payment on any active bills

New bills exceeding user's approval authority are subject to approval process
By default, only purchases (PO's) are subject to Knowify's Approval limits/ Approval rules. With this setting enabled, whenever a user enters or creates a new bill, it will follow these same rules. Any bill entered or created that exceeds a user's Approval Limit will require approval by their direct manager:

Only users with the 'Admin' and/or 'Unlimited Approval Authority' permissions enabled will be able to access your Knowify Dashboard. The Dashboard contains a company wide overview of job progress, invoices, bills, etc., and also links to the Activity Feed and Job Costing Hub

Restrict access of Project Managers, Sales Leads, and Team Members to their jobs only
A user will only be able to access a job if they have been directly assigned to it as a Project Manager, Sales Lead, or Team Member. All other jobs will be automatically hidden from the Contract Jobs view, and the user will not be able to access these jobs via search, or through the scheduler. Users on mobile will still be able to access jobs they have been scheduled to in order to check in/ out, submit logs, etc. Admins/ Unlimited Approval users have access to all jobs.
'Team Members' is a feature which allows you to assign additional users to a project beyond the default Project Manager and Sales Lead. If you do not currently have this feature, reach out to Support@Knowify.com to have it enabled
