While Knowify can be set to pull expenses from Quickbooks, any changes made to these expenses on the Quickbooks side will not update in Knowify unless triggered. We can initiate this update by navigating to the expense in question and click the three dots in the top right to highlight "Refresh from Quickbooks"
This will trigger a resync from QB focusing on just this expense so any changes made in QB will be reflected in Knowify within a matter of seconds! This can include changes such as
- The job the expense is assigned to
- The description of line items/materials on the expense
- The value of the expense
