To pull expenses from QBO into your Knowify account, first, make sure the Pull Expenses setting is enabled in Admin Section > Customize > QuickBooks > Pull Expenses:
Once this is enabled, Bills and Expenses logged into QBO will pull into Knowify for job costing. You can find all of these expenses in the Job Costing Hub by enabling the "Show QuickBooks Only" option:
And you can enable/disable certain accounts from sending expenses to Knowify in the accountant section here
