Add Purchase Orders from mobile app

Knowify allows mobile users to create POs on the go, assign them to jobs, and (depending on permissions) even assign PO numbers from the field! To get started, tap the plus icon on the bottom of the screen, or select the Purchases module from the left side of the screen:

And Select 'Add Purchase' or 'Add New"

Knowify will then guide you through several prompts to create the PO. Fill in the required fields (Vendor, PO type, item(s)) as well as the optional fields (Receipts, comments, job) as needed, and press the next button at the bottom of the screen to continue.

Information

If the job name is not known at the time, or if the purchase is not for a specific job, a PO can still be created! Simply do not select a job when creating the purchase or assign to an internal project

Once all PO information has been input, there will be a final chance to review all information on the PO before submitting the PO  

You can then view all active and pending POs through the Purchases module in the app

Be aware that while any user can submit a purchase for any amount, POs are subject to approval limits by default.

Your Knowify Settings can be customized PO Numbers issued from mobile without prior approval as needed!
