E-signature advanced options

When preparing a proposal or change order for digital signature, you can scroll down to the bottom of the email preview window and select Advanced Settings

This will enable the following options:

• Proposal Valid Until: here you can set an expiration date so if the proposal is not action on or before this date, it will expire and require a new link to be sent
• Send Email To Client: You can uncheck this option so that an email is not sent to the client, and instead you will be provided the digital E-sign link that can be shared with the customer outside of Knowify
• Attach PDF Proposal: You can uncheck this option so that the PDF is not automatically included in the email. This will force the customer to view the E-sign link in order to see the proposal
• Set Auto-reminder: With this option checked off you will be able to setup an auto reminder so that a follow up email with the E-sign link is automatically re-sent to the customer, at an increment of your choice
