By default Knowify will display contract jobs in a list by most recently accessed. Custom Workflows allows users to organize their projects according to what stage the project is in, as well as filter by how long they have been in that stage, project managers, tags, and other information which may be useful at a glance but otherwise hidden by the list view.
To view the default Contract Workflow board, you can toggle from the list view in the manage contract jobs section and view your jobs using Knowify's default job status:
To create a new Custom Workflow, go to the manage contract jobs section in Knowify click the ‘List’ dropdown and select ‘Add Workflow’
You can then add, rearrange, and edit additional stages describing the workflow of your projects
From here you can move projects between your custom stages as needed throughout the life of your project by dragging and dropping or clicking the dropdown arrow at the bottom of each project tile
You can edit what is visible on on individual stages and project tiles by using the filters and ‘card settings at the top of the page
