Convert a service ticket into a contract job

You have the option of converting an existing service job into a contract job. You can accomplish this by opening the ticket and clicking the three dots in the top right

then convert to contract job:

You will also have the option of pulling the time & materials logged against the service job as it's own phase in the plan and track section of the resulting contract job:
