There are four operational statuses for a service job:
- Unscheduled — when the service job has no scheduled date.
- Scheduled — when the service job has at least a date; time and resources are not required for a service job to switch to scheduled status.
- Completed — once the service job has been marked as completed. If you revert the status by marking it as incomplete, the service job will go back to its previous unscheduled or scheduled status.
- Closed — when a user manually closes a job. Depending on the company settings, a closed job will remain hidden for scheduling and job costing purposes.
