How to schedule a service job from the calendar views

Our scheduling tools makes it easy to find the next best spot on your service schedule. We offer two calendar-based views:

• Calendar
• Team

Calendar

The calendar view shows you everything that is scheduled for the week so you can quickly find and fill open slots. When you start the creation of the job from the calendar itself, Knowify populates the date and time (one hour range by default) from where you clicked; this can always be adjusted before submitting the service job.

You have the ability to create jobs for a certain day with no time and no resource assigned. You will find these jobs at the top of the calendar so when the time comes you can update the pending information.

Team

The team view shows you everything that is scheduled for the day by resource. When you start the creation of the job from the calendar itself, Knowify populates the date, time (one hour range by default), and resource from where you clicked; this can always be adjusted before submitting the service job.
