Updating a resource's rate in all projects

When updating a resource's rate in the Rates & Resources section of Knowify this will update their rate on all jobs moving forward. However, for any existing projects or time entries, Knowify will continue operating under the preexisting rate assigned to the user at the time of their first entry on the job. 

If you would like to apply the updated rate to all existing projects, click the gear icon when updating rates and select 'Set in all project plans'

This will update this resource's rate across all projects currently active in Knowify and should be reflected immediately throughout Knowify for entries going forward.

Note

Any time entries that have already been submitted will not be effected by 'Set in all project plans'. Incorrect time entries will need to be manually edited
