Here's how it works: 

When you approve a time entry in Knowify, the Zapier trigger sends event data to Zapier, including:

• Employee name

• Role or job classification

• Total hours

• Cost of the time entry

• Project, phase, or service job

• Timestamp

• Any notes attached to the entry

Zapier then passes that data to any connected app you choose and performs the action you define — like posting a message, creating a record, or updating a timesheet or payroll system.
