Zapier trigger: Purchase order updates

Here’s how it works:

When you mark items as received on a purchase order in Knowify, the Zapier trigger sends event data to Zapier, including:

• Purchase order number
• Project name or ID
• Item description(s)
• Quantity ordered vs. quantity received
• Vendor name
• Timestamp

Zapier then passes that data to any connected app you choose and performs the action you define — like posting a message, creating a record, or sending an email.

Sample use cases:

• Notify your team in Slack or Microsoft Teams when materials arrive
