How to delete a product or service

Navigate to the catalog section of your account and click to open the product or service you wish to make inactive:

Then click the three dots at the top-right and choose "Disable"

Knowify follows the same protocol as Quickbooks in that deleting an item will render it inactive but will not be wiped from the database entirely
