While progress is reported in many different ways in Knowify, we have a production tracking feature that can be managed manually and displayed in the plan and track section, on job-level reports, in the daily logs and in the customer portal.
This feature can be enabled in the admin section under Customize -> Project Management:
It will need to be enabled at the job level by switching the plan and track section of a job to budget mode and then defining how we will be tracking progress for a given phase (the choices are by percentage or by a given unit):
When plan and track is active, you can toggle the view to show dates and progress and this will allow you to view and add progress to a given phase:
When adding progress you can input the percentage (or units) complete, input notes, and upload documents:
The progress will be an option to display on the customer portal and in the daily logs for the job
