If you need to make any changes to a subcontractor PO's value, you can add a change order in the plan&track section of the job, under the job phase where the subcontractor was added:
Then in the Change Order Value box, enter the amount to increase or decrease the original PO by:
Rather than create a separate document, Knowify adds/subtracts the change order amount from the original PO, so everything is still in the same place with an adjusted total value.
