1. Standard Permit

This service provides issuing a digital or mailed permit.

The Building Department approves the permit. However, on some occasions, it is required that someone goes in person to make payment and/or pick-up the permit. In this case, the contractor will send someone to the building department (walk in, walk out).

We coordinate with the contractor to gather the required documents, prepare, and submit the permit application on your behalf.

Includes:

• Mailing documents (2-day FedEx and/or USPS Priority mail)
• Up to twenty (20) pages of 11x17 black/white

2. Priority Permit

This service provides processing permit application through the Building Department and getting an in-person permit.

We coordinate with engineers, architects, and surveyors to gather the required documents, prepare, and submit the permit application on your behalf.

Includes:

• One physical trip to the building department
• Mailing documents (2-day FedEx and/or USPS Priority mail)
• Up to twenty (20) pages of 11x17 black/white

3. Other services

• Register contractor for a business license
• File Notice of Commencements with Clerk of Courts
• Process additional permit needed per project
• Provide engineering, architectural, and surveyors as needed
• In-person trip to the building department (1 included with a Priority Permit)
