How to deactivate clients

Note

In order to deactivate a client, it must not be used anywhere in your account.

To deactivate clients that you no longer need to use, first go to the Manage Clients page by clicking the Clients button in the top right corner of Knowify and locate the client you'd like to deactivate:

Once in the edit screen, the deactivate button will be at the bottom of the window:

This will hide the client from your client selection screens in Knowify moving forward.
