How to cost a purchase to a job/phase

When adding a purchase order, to select a job, search for the name of the job in the field on the right:

Then select a phase. Once this is submitted, it will add the purchase as part of the material cost of the job. If the purchase is active already, click on the "view details" arrow in the manage active purchases screen:

And click the "modify allocation" icon to adjust:
