How to manually enter a PO number on a purchase

When adding a new purchase, you can manually set the purchase order by checking the box that says Set PO Number:

Then entering the number you'd like to use:

To avoid using the same PO Number twice, click Verify PO Number before submitting to confirm that the number entered has not been used before
