To pull time from TSheets to Knowify, go to your Review Time screen and press Import QuickBooks Time:
This will prompt you for the date that you wish to start the pull from, then click Start Import:

If the user name in Knowify does not have an exact match to the user name in QB time then the time will be assigned to the admin user

Does the employee have to log time into TSheets separately or if they use the mobile app to check-in into a project that time will be sent to TSheets?
Hi Timothy Wingate ! Thank you for reaching out. If time is tracked in TSheets, it can be pulled to Knowify, but if time is tracked directly in Knowify, it does not push the time to TSheets. If you have more questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@knowify.com
