If time entries are importing from QuickBooks Time under the wrong user in Knowify, it's often the result of the employee names not lining up between the two systems. For example, this account has a user named Matthew McCartney:
But in QuickBooks Time he's listed as Matt McCartney:
So when the time pulls, it defaults to the admin user instead:
In order to fix this, update the name in either Knowify or QuickBooks Time to match:
Then re-pull the time for it to adjust to the right user:
