Switching between standard fixed price and AIA

To change a contract from the standard Fixed Price to Fixed Price with AIA (or vice versa), you’ll first want to make sure all of your invoices and change orders on the job have been deleted. Then navigate to the Contract & Change Orders tab of the job, and click the Switch to Draft button:

This will change the contract back into the editing state as if you were first creating it, and there will be a button at the top of the screen that says “Switch to AIA Billing” if it is set to standard, or “Switch to Standard Billing” if it is set to AIA:

Once it is switched to AIA, you can see the button change:

Then, simply click Make Active at the top or bottom of the screen:

and it will be updated for your invoicing moving forward:
