You can establish a connection with QuickBooks Online as long as you are currently an admin of both Knowify and QuickBooks. You can process this by navigating to the Admin Section of Knowify under the QuickBooks Tab:
Once connected, Knowify will import your clients, vendors, items for use in Knowify, as well as your chart of accounts, terms, and tax rates for mapping. You can find more information on what syncs back and forth here
Data will sync automatically from Knowify to QB, and you can always trigger an import of new data from QuickBooks into Knowify by clicking the sync now button at the top right of any page in Knowify (this will happen automatically on each new login to Knowify):
