When initially connecting QB and Knowify, you may see this alert on your home screen:

This is not an error as much as it is just a warning that one or more of your main company defaults for mapping transactions to QB is not set. You may also see this alert after having already completed the initial mapping. This can happen if a change is made to your chart of accounts in QB. Think of this less as an error and more as an alert to have you confirm your defaults are still set correctly. In these cases, you can click this alert and simply confirm that the already set accounts are still correct to remove the alert from the dashboard.
